Flawless operations begin long before the first system is powered up. Pre-commissioning and commissioning maintenance are critical phases that ensure every component, subsystem, and interface performs as designed— safely, reliably, and efficiently. These activities bridge the gap between installation and full-scale operation, reducing the risk of delays, system failures, or safety incidents during startup.
A structured, multidisciplinary approach is applied across electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and control disciplines. All installations undergo functional verification, loop testing, interlock validation, field calibration, and logic simulation in accordance with IEC, ISA, and project-specific standards. The goal is to validate that all systems communicate properly and respond as expected under operational conditions.
Commissioning engineers perform software simulations, safety sequence testing, and integration checks across PLCs, DCS, and SCADA platforms. HMI interfaces are reviewed for usability and alarm management, while control cabinets and I/O modules are physically inspected and verified. Field devices are tested for accuracy, wiring is confirmed, and all actions are documented with detailed test sheets, punch lists, and handover protocols.
Services cover both greenfield and brownfield projects and can be tailored to support either owner-led or EPC-led execution models. In addition to technical execution, operational readiness assessments and training sessions are offered to prepare site teams for safe and confident operation.
